GET WELL, KEEP WELL
Of course we’re not just here for when you are unwell. Our team of healthcare professionals and back-up staff offer a number of clinics and services to promote good health and wellbeing whatever your medical condition.
We hope you enjoy having a look around the site and familiarising yourself with some of the online features such as ordering a repeat prescription.
Suggestions are always a great way of helping us continue to enhance the way we look after you.
ONLINE SERVICES
A Patient Access system for repeat prescriptions has been installed on our computers and we have now extended this to include booking and cancelling routine GP appointments. If you have not already done so, please come to the surgery at your convenience to collect a Patient Access Registration Form which will allow you to sign up for these online services. Our other methods for ordering repeat prescriptions and making routine GP appointments are unaffected and still available.
REPEAT PRESCRIPTIONS - Please Note
Repeat Prescriptions are normally ready for collection 3 working days after being ordered. However if they are ordered after 5pm on any week day they will not be processed until the next working day and will then be ready for collection 72 hours later. There should be no need to check in the meantime.
